Falls prevention service self‑referrals

People in east Surrey can now contact the falls prevention service directly.

People registered with an east Surrey GP practice can now self‑refer to First Community’s Falls Prevention service directly, if they are eligible.

Previously, a GP referral was needed. This change makes it easier and more convenient to access the service and removes the need to see a GP first.
