Free exercise classes for over 60s in Guildford

Thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund, free exercise classes are available in Guildford from January to March 2025. Classes include gentle exercise, Pilates/chair Pilates, circuits, and Zumba Gold.

The venues are:

  • St Clare’s Church
  • The Aggie Club
  • St Peter’s Church
  • The Ash Centre
