Age Concern Mole Valley update

Age Concern Mole Valley has announced that it will begin to wind down from January 2026 because of ongoing financial pressures. Rising costs and reduced grant funding mean the charity is no longer financially viable. Despite efforts to secure more funding, it cannot continue to operate.

The charity has supported older people for more than 80 years. It is now focusing on supporting its volunteers and people who use the Befriending Service. It will not accept new referrals. Staff will be available until the end of January 2026 to answer questions as the charity moves towards closure.
