New wellbeing groups at Waythrough

Waythrough is running new wellbeing groups and workshops at Community Connections over the next few months. These run alongside their regular weekly and monthly groups.

The groups and workshops are open to anyone registered with Waythrough. New client appointments are available from as early as next week.

Waythrough offers free support for people with wellbeing or mental health needs. To use the service, people must be aged 16 or over, be registered with a GP in East Surrey and be able to take part independently.

The service accepts both professional and self referrals through its online referral form.
