Surrey County Council’s Adults Wellbeing and Health Partnership was 'highly commended' at the prestigious Municipal Journal (MJ) Awards 2025.

The Planning for Your Future campaign was honoured in the Innovation in Children's and Adults' Services category. It was the only adult services finalist.

So far, over 3,000 people have joined the free events. The campaign is run with Age UK Surrey and helps people get ready for later life.

The sessions are online and in person. They cover:

how much social care costs
ways to stay independent as you get older
