New healthcare self-referral and info page

First Community has launched a new webpage to help people in Surrey access healthcare services and health advice more easily.

You can now self-refer to services like:

• speech and language therapy
• physiotherapy
• audiology
• dietitian support

You do not need to go through a GP, which means quicker access to care.

The page also includes a health information library with easy-to-read advice on topics like joint pain and rehabilitation. It helps people feel more informed and in control of their health.

This new resource supports the NHS goal of bringing care closer to home and giving people more say in their healthcare.
