Chat to quit smoking

Surrey County Council’s Public Health Team is working with Hello Lamp Post to help people quit smoking.

A new chatbot offers friendly advice in a text-style chat. It answers common questions and helps people think about quitting.

The chatbot also links to One You Surrey, the local stop smoking service.

You can use the chatbot by scanning QR codes on lamp posts or by visiting Healthy Surrey’s Facebook page.
