Gardening Group in Frimley from Catalyst Support

Catalyst Support runs a weekly gardening group at Flourish Community Garden in Frimley Lodge Park. The group meets every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm.

The group gives people a chance to:

• meet others
• spend time outdoors
• take part in light activity
• grow vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit
• build skills
• add routine to the week

Taking part can help reduce loneliness and support mental wellbeing.

The garden is in Frimley Lodge Park, between the cafe and the children’s playground.

The park has:

• a large car park
• a cafe
• toilets

The garden also welcomes volunteers who can help look after the space or support sessions.
