The Bridges Centre
Bereavement Cafe is a drop-in group for anyone who is grieving. It is open to people who have lost someone recently or many years ago.
The cafe offers:
- a friendly chat
- a cup of tea or coffee
- time with others who understand loss
- a listening ear
- information about other support, if needed
The cafe does not offer counselling.
The group meets on the third Monday of each month from 2pm to 4pm.
It takes place at Bridges Centre, Edenbridge High Street, TN8 5AJ.
You do not need to book. You can just drop in.
