The Walton Centre for the Community offers support for people with memory loss, dementia and similar problems. It can help you find the right support and stay active.
The centre offers:
- information and advice
- classes and groups
- drop-in sessions
- exercise classes
Specialist support workers can talk through your options and help you get the support you need.
Community transport is available. You can call the centre to arrange this.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 3pm
