Tapestry Day Club

Tapestry Day Club supports older people with early-stage dementia. It also gives family carers a break.

The club helps people:

• stay independent for longer
• feel less alone
• feel less anxious
• build confidence
• make friends

The club runs in the homes of trained hosts across Surrey and West Sussex. Each club day lasts up to 5 hours in a small group of up to 6 people.

The day starts from 9.30am, when your host picks you up from home by car. You may travel with other guests. Your host will take you home from 2.30pm after a fun and active day.

During the day, guests can enjoy:

• memory activities
• creative hobbies
• gentle movement
• a home-cooked lunch

Transport may be available if needed for an extra fee of £10.

The club offers a warm, friendly place where people can feel comfortable, valued and connected.
