Omega is a registered charity dedicated to reducing social isolation and loneliness. 

They offer:

  • Chatterbox, a free telephone befriending service
  • Letterbox, a free penpal befriending service

These services are open to anyone who is lonely and lives in the UK. You can refer yourself to both services.
