Moves Mobility at The Banstead Centre

Reigate and Banstead Borough Council

This exercise class works the whole body and helps people move their joints. It runs every Monday from 1.30pm to 2.30pm. People do not need to book.

The Banstead Centre opens Monday to Friday. It runs bookable groups and serves lunch. The centre is across from the library. It gives local people a friendly place to meet for activities, exercise classes or a chat over coffee.

Transport runs 2 days a week for people who need help getting to and from the centre.
