CONNECT in Song dementia group

CONNECT in Song is a monthly singing group for people with dementia and their carers. It runs with Churches Together in Effingham and Little Bookham.
The group offers:
- an hour of singing
- a friendly place to meet others
- social time
- support for people with dementia and carers
