Haslemere Stroke Club is a friendly group for people who have had a stroke.
It is also for carers and family members.
The group offers:
- chair-based exercise
- music
- tea and cake
- talks
- quizzes
- boccia
- time to talk with others
You can take part as much as you want. There is no pressure to do more than feels right.
The group can also give carers time for a break.
Time
Wednesday. No meetings at Easter, Christmas or during August.
