Thrive Club Seated Yoga - Long Ditton

Thrive Club is a free seated exercise class at Long Ditton Village Hall. It is for older people and anyone who wants gentle exercise.

Sessions run every Wednesday from 10am to 11am.

You can do the whole session seated. You can also try some standing moves if you want.

After the class, you can stay for a chat. You can have a cup of tea or another drink.
