Oak Tree Cafe

A free group for people who struggle with mental health issues and want to improve their emotional wellbeing. While not offering any counselling or medical advice or support, they provide a relaxed and enjoyable place to come and "just be". A chance to chat, have some cake, play a game, try a craft activity or just to sit and chill. .

The group meets weekly at the Jubilee Centre. Free tea, coffee, biscuits, and cakes.
