LivAbility Transition Service is a one-year programme from LinkAble for young people with a learning disability or autism who are leaving education.
The programme helps young people build skills for adult life.
You can learn:
- life skills
- digital skills
- travel skills
- skills for work
- skills for volunteering
The programme also supports:
- personal development
- further training
- community involvement
Groups are small, with up to 8 people in each group.
One-to-one support is available if needed.
