LEAP energy assistance scheme is a free service for people who are struggling to pay energy bills, living in a cold home, or who need money or benefits advice.

The service can help with:

  • advice on saving energy
  • help to switch energy tariffs
  • checks to see if you may get more financial support
  • simple energy-saving improvements for your home
  • benefits advice
