Online Autism Support Group from Catalyst Support

Catalyst Support runs a free weekly online autism support group for adults in Surrey. The group gives people a chance to talk, socialise and meet others with similar experiences.

The group can help people:

• share experiences
• make new connections
• get support for their wellbeing

Catalyst Support is a local charity. It helps adults in Surrey with their mental health and wellbeing. It also runs other free wellbeing groups through Community Connections.
