Engaging Minds is a friendly support group for those with dementia and their carers.

You can: 

  • meet others in a similar situation
  • share experiences
  • join local social activities and events

The group partners with local GP surgeries to share information. Care coordinators can also signpost you to helpful services.

You can refer yourself, or someone you care for, to the service by completing an online form.
