This is an online support group for adults with epilepsy. It is run with help from Epilepsy Action.

Most members have epilepsy, but anyone affected by it is welcome. The group is for people with new diagnoses and those who have had epilepsy since childhood.

Members share their stories and help each other. The group also meets in person once a year.
