AIRE Centre

The AIRE Centre gives free, expert legal advice to individuals on:

  • EU Free Movement Law - if you are from another EU country (or a family member of someone who is) and have questions about your right to stay in the UK, being asked to leave, or getting benefits
  • European Court of Human Rights - if you've tried all legal options in the UK and want to take your case to the European Court of Human Rights

They provide written legal advice, which may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
