Community Angels

Guildford Town Centre Chaplaincy

Community Angels is a befriending service for adults. It covers Guildford and nearby areas.

Trained volunteers visit people who feel lonely or face challenges such as illness, disability or isolation. They offer friendly support based on each person's needs.

Volunteers may do the following:

  • chat over a cup of tea
  • go for a walk
  • try a new activity
  • help people find other support

All volunteers are DBS checked and receive training and ongoing support.
