Appeer - Connecting Autistic Girls and Women

Appeer is a charity that supports autistic girls and women. It also supports their families. It offers safe, friendly groups.

You can meet others, share interests and feel understood.

Appeer runs in‑person and online groups. These help girls, teens, young women and parents connect. You can learn new skills and feel more confident.

They offer:

• weekday groups for girls, teens and young women
• monthly groups for girls, teens and young women
• online build‑and‑share sessions
• ad‑hoc sessions like baking, gaming and arts
• parent and carer support
• yoga for parents and autistic women
• special programmes, such as work‑skills support

Most in‑person groups run in Surrey. Online groups are open to families in and near Surrey.
