The Altering Group Counselling

The Altering Group offers low-cost remote counselling for adults with mild or moderate mental health needs. You can refer yourself. The first assessment is free.

The service offers:

  • remote counselling for adults
  • support for young people
  • adult workshops, such as life skills
  • training for organisations

The Altering Group welcomes everyone. It especially welcomes people from underrepresented or disadvantaged groups.

This is not a crisis service. If you need urgent help, contact a crisis support service.
