Companion Services UK supports older people in Surrey who feel lonely or need help with daily tasks.

The service offers social and practical help. It does not offer medical care.

A companion can help you with:

  • light housework
  • using a phone, tablet or computer
  • letters and forms
  • travel to and from appointments
  • shopping trips
  • visits to parks and other places
  • hobbies and social activities

The service can help you get out, meet people and take part in your local area.

Team members are trained and insured. They have also had enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.

There is a cost for this service. Ask about prices, travel costs and the help available in your area.
