Redhill Methodist Church
The Thursday Club is a friendly group for people with depression and other mental health challenges. It offers a safe place to meet others and get support.
The group meets every Thursday from 2pm to 4pm in The Arches.
Activities include:
- board games and creative activities
- card games and Scrabble
- occasional outings and meals out
- light refreshments
You are welcome to come if you want friendship, support and a warm space to talk.
