Canterbury Care Centre is a drop‑in centre in Guildford. It is for people who feel anxious, lonely or low.

It offers a friendly and safe place to spend time with others.

You can take part in:

  • art and craft activities
  • bingo
  • poetry and discussion groups
  • trips and outings
  • occupational therapy and art therapy

You do not have to join in. You can also just come for a chat.

Everyone is welcome.

Time

Monday 9.30am to 3pm, Tuesday 1.30pm to 4.30pm, Thursday and Friday 9.30am to 1pm
