Dementia day care in Elmbridge

Elmbridge Dementia Services runs day care for people with mild or moderate dementia.

The clubs offer support, activities and time with other people.

At the club, you can:

• meet and talk with other people
• take part in group activities
• keep your mind and body active
• build your confidence
• have snacks and lunch

Trained volunteers lead the sessions.

There is a cost for each session.

Before you join, the centre will meet with you to learn about your needs. You can visit the centre before you choose whether to join.

The service also supports carers and families. Carers can:

• get advice and information
• ask for help with benefits
• take a break while the person they care for attends the club
