Flexacise Keep Fit - The Banstead Centre

The Banstead Centre runs Flexacise sessions run every Friday. Everyone is welcome and there is no need to book. Each session has a small charge.

The Banstead Centre opens Monday to Friday. It offers bookable groups and lunch. Contact the centre if you have any questions.

The centre is across from the library. It gives residents a friendly place to meet for activities, exercise classes or a chat over coffee.

Transport runs 2 days a week for people who need help getting to and from the centre.

Time

Friday 10am to 10.45am and 10.45am to 11.30am
