Grow and Glow - Guildford

Grow and Glow – Guildford is a women‑only mental health support group. It is a friendly place to talk, listen and connect with others.

The group meets every Wednesday. You do not need to book. Just turn up.

You can:

• talk about mental health challenges
• share your own experiences
• swap coping ideas

Each week, the group follows a simple routine. You share a 'thorn and a rose', then end with a light question. This helps to finish on a positive note. Tea, coffee and cake are provided.

There are 2 disabled parking bays at the fire station. You must display a Blue Badge to use them. Other parking is availablenext to the fire station. This is at Barker and Stonehouse, Ladymead, Guildford, GU1 1DL.

Please take care when walking past the fire station bays. It is an active station. The entrance is just past the big red bay doors.
