OPAL (Older People Actively Living) - Greeno Centre

OPAL (Older People Actively Living) is a supported day group. It is for older people with memory loss, health conditions, disabilities or mobility needs. It helps people socialise, have fun and enjoy time with others, while carers can have a break.

Activities run every day and include:

• quizzes and games
• crafts
• gentle exercise
• singing
• entertainment
• day trips

A hot or cold lunch is available. Drinks and snacks are offered throughout the day.

Transport to and from the centre is available by minibus for people living in Spelthorne.
