The Dementia Hub offers specialist day care for people with dementia or memory loss. It provides care to:
- people aged 50+ living with memory loss or dementia
- people with confusion due to stroke or conditions such as Parkinson's Disease
They provide:
- full or half-day respite care
- help with taking medicine
- care that suits each person
- friendly advice and support
- dementia-friendly spaces
- social activities and gentle exercise
- memory, music and pet therapy
- arts, crafts and games
- assisted bathing room
- hairdressing suite
- shopping service
- laundry and foot clinic
You can use the Transport from Home service to get to and from the centre. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible and driven by trained, friendly staff. To access this service, see their website.
